Questa è Halloween, tutti fanno qualcosa

"Dolci o muori" fino a che i vicini muoiono di paura

E' la nostra città, tutti gridano

In questa città di Halloween

 Io sono quello che si nasconde sotto il tuo letto

 Ho i denti affilati e gli occhi che brillano di rosso

 Io sono quello che si nasconde sotto le tue scale

 Ho dita come serpenti e ragni nei capelli

 Questa è Halloween, questa è Halloween!

Ma chi l'ha detto che Halloween è una stupida festa per bambini????

Io, classe 1988, faccio parte della passata generazione (ormai cresciutella) ma che, credetemi, mai e poi mai si stancherà di rivedere i classici d'animazione Disney. Esiste bambino negli anni che non sia mai rimasto abbagliato dalle avventure dello scheletrico Jack Skellington?! Già perché il 31 ottobre non c'è pre-serata migliore che gustarsi uno di quei film che hanno fatto la Storia di Halloween "The Nightmare Before Christmas", by Tim Burton. Un film che a 20 anni dalla sua prima uscita, era il lontano 29 ottobre 1993, ha segnato l'esordio di personaggi e atmosfere dal sapore gotico nel mondo dell'animazione, determinandone il successo universale. Il merito sicuramente va al regista Tim Burton e al tocco dark fantasy onnipresente e caratteristico di tutti i suoi film. Vogliamo ricordare il fantastico e dolce Edward, o il macabro cavaliere senza testa di Sleepy Holliwell, o che dire del burlesco Cappellaio matto di Alice in Wonderland?! In onore a tutti questi grandi personaggi ho deciso di dedicarvi un post dal gusto Halloween Burtoniano;  ho, infatti, scelto uno shooting di qualche anno fa, scattato in collaborazione col fantastico photographer Tim Walker e redatto dalla rivista americana Harper's Bazaar.

Born in 1988, I am part of the past generation (now grown-up) that, believe me, never ever get tired to review the Disney's classic movies. Is there child in the years that has never been fascinated by the Jack Skellington's Adventures ?! On 31th of October, there is no pre-evening better than enjoying one of films which have made the history of Halloween "The Nightmare Before Christmas" by Tim Burton.

A film, that 20 years after its first release, was the far 29th of October 1993, marked the debut of Gotic characters and atmospheres in a cartoon-movie, determining the universal success. The credit definitely goes to director Tim Burton and to the touch of dark fantasy typical of all his films. Do you remember the fantastic and sweet Edward, or grisly headless horseman of Sleepy Hollow, or what about the burlesque Mad Hatter in Alice in Wonderland?! In honor of all these great characters, I decided to dedicate you an Halloween Burtonian post style; I have in fact chosen a shooting of a few years ago, realized in collaboration with the fantastic photographer Tim Walker and addressed for the American magazine Harper 's Bazaar.

Lo ammetto: anche questa volta il mio istinto da 'animale da shopping' ha preso il sopravvento; plagiata dalle migliaia foto di bloggers, editors, modelle, mi sono

lasciata trasportare anch'io dalla Eye Mania e, qualche sera fa ho scelto,

come parte del mio outfit, la ormai onnipresente felpa firmata Kenzo Paris.

Solo voglia di essere al passo con la tendenza?!

Confesso che ultimamente, più spesso del solito in effetti, me ne succedono di tutti i colori..avete presente la nuvola di Fantozzi?! Bè, io ne sembro quasi perseguitata (!!)

e perciò sono arrivata ad una breve conclusione. Dato che, il corno, i gufi e i Santini

vari non sono abbastanza, cosa c'è di meglio di cospargersi di tanti piccoli occhietti

anti-malocchio?! Funzionerà, non funzionerà.. questo non lo so; io ci provo!

Come nelle migliori tradizioni, l'ispirazione Kenziana proviene da un recente viaggio fatto in Asia; l'occhio di H. Leon e C. Lim altro non è che l'occhio di Buddah, che

tutto vede e tutto protegge. Di questi tempi un ottimo motivo per diventarne

(subito) seguaci!!! Dalle passerelle allo street style non c'è più via d'uscita;

siamo tutti sotto osservazione oramai!

Gli occhi sono solo una delle molteplici stampe che vedremo quest'inverno. 

Gli stilisti hanno voglia più che mai di divertirsi; si sono sbizzarriti con stampe ironiche e fuori dagli schemi. Cuori romantici, stelle inaspettate, fiori surreali,

per non parlare delle bocche di Au Jour le Jour! Altra stampa altra mania della stagione..sarà che a furia di tutta questa crisi, ci sia una anche del bacio?! 

In tal caso, io corro ai ripari e vi bacio tuttiiii :*

me too from Eye Mania and, a few nights ago I chose, as part of my outfit, the

popular sweatshirt by Kenzo Paris. Just want to be in step with the trend?! I confess

that lately, more often than usual in fact, I'm victim of every type of disasters...

I'm persecuted(!) so, I arrived to a brief conclusion. 'Cause the horn, owls are not enough, what does it better than little eyes against the evil-eye?! It will work,

will not work.. I don't know, but in every case I'll try!

Such as in the best traditions, Kenzo inspiration comes from a trip made ​​in Asia;

en fact the eye, designed by H. Leon and C. Lim, is nothing other than the

Buddah's Eye, that everything sees and everything protects.

These days a great reason to become (immediately) followers!

From runways to street style there is no way out; we are all under observation now!

The eyes are just one of prints that we will see around in this winter season.

The designers want to have fun; they've indulged themselves with ironic and unconventional prints. Romantic hearts, stars unexpected, surreal flowers,

not to mention the mouths by Au Jour le Jour! Another printing another craze of the

season.. will that by dint of all this crisis, there is also the kiss?!
