Tuesday is just Monday part II

Basta un poco di zucchero, un pizzico di saggezza, et voila'..il martedì ti sorride!

Ad aspettarmi una dolce sorpresa, per gli occhi e per il palato : la Carrot Cake. 

Dopo lunghe liste d'attesa e interminabili richieste, direttamente dalla cucina di mia zia al tavolo di casa mia, eccola qui la mia torta preferita pronta per essere pappata..yummiiiii!!!! Sono al settimo cielo! Ovviamente, di fronte a cotanta bellezza, non può certo mancare una foto...doppio click e via, direttamente su Instagram!

Lo confesso, io amo questa cavolo di applicazione e, non vorrei essere la solita esagerata, ma giuro che, a volte, perdo ore tra una foto e l'altra; le modifico, le taglio, le giro e le rigiro e infine, le pubblico. Sarà che io amo le fotografie, ma penso che Ig

sia una delle migliori applicazioni con cui poter comunicare le proprie passioni..

E proprio guardando un po' di foto in giro, mi capita spesso di soffermarmi su foto di cibo, di qualsiasi genere e nazione...anche oggi, per esempio, ammiro delle vere e proprie creature; altro che semplici colazioni, queste sono delle opere d'arte!

 Se per la moda esistono le fashion victims, per le buongustaie e amanti del cibo cosa c'è di meglio del web e dei blog di cucina?! La food mania e le Food Bloggers ormai hanno preso il sopravvento...sono dovunque, sempre pronte a ricordarti che non esistono più scuse per batter la fiacca e non cucinare, perchè anche se il tuo frigo è vuoto in realtà non lo è; nasconde sicuramente qualcosa che potrà trasformarsi in un ingrediente

per una fantastica ricetta e tu non lo sai..anzi, ora sì! 

 Io sinceramente ho delle mie preferite e seguo ogni loro passo e, accidenti! ma sono umane?! E' possibile preparare in così pochi minuti queste opere d arte per pranzo, cena, pausa caffè ecc...bah! A ognuno il suo dono, io non posso far altro che guardare, ammirare e sognare di assaggiare dal reale tali capolavori...per il momento mi godo l'opera della mia zia ;)

After long waiting lists and endless requests, from the kitchen of my aunt at the table

I confess, I love this application, and I don't wanna be the usual exaggerated, but sometimes I lose hours between a photo and the other, the edit, the cut, the ride and moving and finally, I public them. Maybe 'cause I love pictures, but I think that Ig

is one of the best applications for communication of our passions.
Looking a bit ' of photos around, I often see food pics, of any kind, and nation...

even today, for example, I admire the real creatures more than just breakfast, these are works of art! If there are fashion fashion victims, and for the gourmand food lovers

what's best of the web and cooking blog ?! The food craze and Food Bloggers now have the upper hand... they are everywhere , always ready to remind you that there are no more excuses for the lackluster blink and do not cook , because even if your fridge is empty in reality it is not; hides definitely something that will become an ingredient for a great recipe and you do not know ..indeed, now I do!
I sincerely I have of my favorites and I follow their every step directly on Ig, but are they human?! how it is possible prepare in just few minutes these artistic works for lunch,

dinner, coffee breaks etc....To each his own gift of words, in the meantime I look at you, admire and dream of tasting these masterpieces.. maybe one day..!
